2015 Cabernet Franc Stagecoach Vineyard Napa Valley
$74.00
Darjean Jones 2015 Cabernet Franc is our third vineyard designate bottling from Stagecoach Vineyard. This rocky, mountainous terrain resulted in a medium-bodied wine bold with concentrated flavors of blackberry, cocoa and tart red cherry. Refined tannins, an edgy herbaceous note and high acid make this wine the perfect paring for a wide variety of foods.

Description | Darjean Jones 2015 Cabernet Franc is our third vineyard designate bottling from Stagecoach Vineyard. This rocky, mountainous terrain resulted in a medium-bodied wine bold with concentrated flavors of blackberry, cocoa and tart red cherry. Refined tannins, an edgy herbaceous note and high acid make this wine the perfect paring for a wide variety of foods. | Moderation and balance is the Demi Sec mantra: the most balanced and crisp semi-sweet honey wine money can buy. Barrel aged in a combination of French oak and Stainless Steel barrels. Rich honey smoothness, but with a clean and smooth finish. Sweet, fruity, and light. Pair with spicy foods, BBQ, blue cheeses, or after dinner for the particularly dry pallet. | Qualities of t’ej port meet in Sonoma Valley to produce a unique sweet dessert honey wine in a clear bottle. A single barrel was selected (marked “X”) and aged for 30 months - more than twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 55 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest,17% ABV. Release date TBD Summer 2020. Release summer 2020. | 2018 Knock On Wood: 100% Chardonnay, all stainless-steel and no malolactic fermentation. Procured from hillside vineyards in Yamhill-Carlton AVA, reminiscent of the grand crus of Burgundy's Cote d'Or. It benefited from a very long and cold fermentation - almost two months - resulting in a lean and mean wine with perfume of honeydew melon and pear surfing huge waves of minerals, bringing a nice tide of racy starfruit to the finish. | The world standard sweeter sparkling honey wine and the world’s first and only Charmat method honey wine (less yeasty and more ‘fruit forward’ than the Champagne method - most perfect for delicate honey wine - especially a sweeter honey wine). The unique combination of extended aging in French oak and Stainless barrels and secondary, pressure, fermentation produces a fascinating sweeter sparkling. Perfect for spicier foods and BBQ or for sipping in the spring or on warm summer days. | deb-ru-vee’ is our signature Rhone Style blend. You will be greeted by deep dark ruby red color followed by aromas of vanilla, spice, dark cherry, blackberry, violet and bitter chocolate enlivened by mineral and anise accents. Round tannins coupled with beautiful complexity create a wine of harmony and balance, with an excellent thrust on the incredibly smooth and lingering finish. this wine is wonderfully bright and energetic which assures that you will be repaid handsomely for cellaring. 65% Grenache, 28% Syrah, 6% Mourvedre, and 1% Petite Sirah.
