Description | Eye Garnet core with ruby rim. Nose Sweet potting soil, dried rose petals, black/boysenberry compote, savory roasted herbs. Secondary notes of green pepper, iron, graphite, English lavender, and winter spice. Palate Dense and enveloping with integrated tannins and long, lingering finish. | The world standard sweeter sparkling honey wine and the world’s first and only Charmat method honey wine (less yeasty and more ‘fruit forward’ than the Champagne method - most perfect for delicate honey wine - especially a sweeter honey wine). The unique combination of extended aging in French oak and Stainless barrels and secondary, pressure, fermentation produces a fascinating sweeter sparkling. Perfect for spicier foods and BBQ or for sipping in the spring or on warm summer days. | A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.
| This vintage of Pinot Blanc follows other award winning vintages, including the 2017 which won “Best White Wine” in the Livermore Valley, at the 2018 Tri-Valley Uncorked Wine Competition, and “Best Overall Pairing at last years ”Taste our Terroir”, Livermore Valley’s premier food and wine competition. This medium bodied Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, citrus, melon and honey. This bright and racy wine brings a fresh creaminess adding fullness to the mouth feel with a soft and creamy mid-palate. A long finish brings the whole experience together with just a touch of stone fruit and minerals. Serve slightly chilled, with the following suggested pairings: Scallops sautéed in lemon butter with zest of citrus and lime, grilled prawns, fish tacos, clam steamers, or just about any seafood.
| A bright and lively Chardonnay crafted from grapes sourced from Bartolucci Vineyards, a California Certified Sustainable Vineyard in Lake County, this 2017 vintage is a complex sensation of green apple, subtle minerality with hints of spice and vanilla. This elegant 2016 drinks like an Italian Chardonnay with a long acid finishing - not overly buttery or oaked. Aged one year on new and used French Oak Barrels. Cellared and bottled in Sonoma Valley, 14% ABV. | Late Harvest Gewurtz... #Dope That's it. It's just Dope. |
