Description

Color: deep violet-red

Aromas:  Black cherry and blackberry with hints of smoked meat, and dried herbs

Pairings:  Our 2016 Legende Blend is a vibrant tale of spiced blackberries with a hint of smoke and white pepper.  It’s mouth filling and complex, with a clean, lingering finish.  Blended using Syrah, Zinfandel, Merlot, & Petite Sirah, this wine would pair well with barbeque, especially with a slightly sweet (but not too sweet) sauce.  It certainly would pair well with steaks (especially grilled), but because of the acidity it could also pair well with roast chicken,  or even grilled salmon.

DescriptionLate Harvest Gewurtz... #Dope That's it. It's just Dope.Patuxent's flagship Pale Ale that is close to crossing state IPA lines with Citra and Cascade hops. The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins. Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.” Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood).Underwood’s Rosé is produced out of Oregon and is actually one of the first canned wines to become popular. The well-balanced wine is dry, and a lightly sweet flavor. There are notes of flowers and rose petals, along with a hint of berry, which makes this cheap rosé not only delicious but also one of the best options.

This 2016 Brut Blanc de Blancs is bright and fresh - opening with citrus and white flower aromas. Notes of guava and crème brulée open on the palate, accented by toasted almonds and brioche. This beautifully balanced wine has a long finish with essence of clementine.
