deb-ru-vee’ is our signature Rhone Style blend. You will be greeted by deep dark ruby red color followed by aromas of vanilla, spice, dark cherry, blackberry, violet and bitter chocolate enlivened by mineral and anise accents. Round tannins coupled with beautiful complexity create a wine of harmony and balance, with an excellent thrust on the incredibly smooth and lingering finish. this wine is wonderfully bright and energetic which assures that you will be repaid handsomely for cellaring. 65% Grenache, 28% Syrah, 6% Mourvedre, and 1% Petite Sirah.
|2017 Pinot Noir Crickism #1 Never try to fit in as we were all born to stand out...||Moderation and balance is the Demi Sec mantra: the most balanced and crisp semi-sweet honey wine money can buy. Barrel aged in a combination of French oak and Stainless Steel barrels. Rich honey smoothness, but with a clean and smooth finish. Sweet, fruity, and light. Pair with spicy foods, BBQ, blue cheeses, or after dinner for the particularly dry pallet.||The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins. Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.” Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood).||2014 Oregogne, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley: Blended from two single vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills A.V.A. at different elevations. Bright cherry fruit, blueberry, bramble and sous-bois, followed by flowing minerality from start to finish|
