Description | Eye Onyx core with magenta rim. Nose Eucalyptus grove, brown sugar, purple flowers, Jamaican Christmas cake, ripe black fruits, winter and exotic spices, subtle tobacco, Italian leather, cocoa nibs. Palate Intense structure, full body, vibrant acidity, firm tannins, long, lingering finish. |
The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins.
Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.”
Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood).
| Moderation and balance is the Demi Sec mantra: the most balanced and crisp semi-sweet honey wine money can buy. Barrel aged in a combination of French oak and Stainless Steel barrels. Rich honey smoothness, but with a clean and smooth finish. Sweet, fruity, and light. Pair with spicy foods, BBQ, blue cheeses, or after dinner for the particularly dry pallet. | Eye Purple garnet core, rose rim. Nose Savory roasted herbs, sour cherry, ruby red grapefruit, alpine forest. Palate Textured, layered, grippy tannins. | 2014 Oregogne, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley: Blended from two single vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills A.V.A. at different elevations. Bright cherry fruit, blueberry, bramble and sous-bois, followed by flowing minerality from start to finish | A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.
