2017 Pinot Noir
$50.00
Our 2017 Pinot Noir is expressive on the palate with flavors of cranberry, cherry and raspberries with a lush red color. It’s plush with fruit but also has an earthy undertone that brings exceptional balance to the wine. The palate shows deeply layered fruit and fine tannins. In the vineyard, this Pinot Noir was handpicked and in the winery whole cluster pressed. The juice, skins, must and seeds went through native fermentation in stainless steel, undergoing three delicate punch-downs a day. After primary fermentation was complete, it was transferred to neutral French oak for aging.

Description | Our 2017 Pinot Noir is expressive on the palate with flavors of cranberry, cherry and raspberries with a lush red color. | A bright and lively Chardonnay crafted from grapes sourced from Bartolucci Vineyards, a California Certified Sustainable Vineyard in Lake County, this 2017 vintage is a complex sensation of green apple, subtle minerality with hints of spice and vanilla. This elegant 2016 drinks like an Italian Chardonnay with a long acid finishing - not overly buttery or oaked. Aged one year on new and used French Oak Barrels. Cellared and bottled in Sonoma Valley, 14% ABV. | The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins. Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.” Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood). | The 2019 vintage was Oregon's hottest and largest harvest on record, producing lush round fruit with balance acidity! We would like to introduce our take on Pinot Noirs favorite mutation: The 2017 Other People’s Pinot Gris is like Juggling Apples, Pears and Peaches while dancing to Pharell's "Happy" - enthralling, upbeat, fresh and deluxe. | Inviting aromas of ripe apricot, peach, orange peel, and jasmine flowers jump from the glass. Beautifully balanced sugar and acid make this wine rich and refreshing. Enjoy this wine with a spicy curry, soft cheeses, fresh fruits, or your favorite pie. The grapes were hand harvested and carefully pressed. The resulting juice went through a clean and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for twelve days. No time in oak and no malo-lactic fermentation; this wine was made in the vineyard.
| This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.
