Nose Yarrow, barnyard, earth, embers, herbs, peat moss, blewit mushrooms, Tootsie roll, wet clay. Time in glass reveals savory baking spices and roasted meat on open fire. Palate Full body, jammy core, mid-palate punch dissipates slowly.|
A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.

The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins. Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.” Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood).
