Description | This wine is Vibrant ruby red evolving to violet. On the nose, pleasant aromas of fresh blueberries and blackberries mingle with hints of spice and rose petal. The palate notes medium acidity, as tannins join in sync with jammy plum and cherry. A slight hint of oak creates a round mouth feel. | Moderation and balance is the Demi Sec mantra: the most balanced and crisp semi-sweet honey wine money can buy. Barrel aged in a combination of French oak and Stainless Steel barrels. Rich honey smoothness, but with a clean and smooth finish. Sweet, fruity, and light. Pair with spicy foods, BBQ, blue cheeses, or after dinner for the particularly dry pallet. | Eye Magenta core with ruby rim. Nose Passion fruit, persimmon, guava, gardenia. Palate Medium-bodied, plush, well-balanced acid, smooth tannins, lingering finish. | Qualities of t’ej port meet in Sonoma Valley to produce a unique sweet dessert honey wine in a clear bottle. A single barrel was selected (marked “X”) and aged for 30 months - more than twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 55 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest,17% ABV. Release date TBD Summer 2020. Release summer 2020. | This is Longevity’s first Vintner Select Syrah. Expressive, mineral tinged cherry and blackberry scents, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice and bright violet. Concentrated and energetic on the palate, offering juicy, spice-laced black and blue fruit flavors that put on weight and become sweeter with air. Closes very long and sweet, showing excellent clarity and cut on the minerally, youthfully tannic finish. 95% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah.
| 2014 Oregogne, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley: Blended from two single vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills A.V.A. at different elevations. Bright cherry fruit, blueberry, bramble and sous-bois, followed by flowing minerality from start to finish |
