Our 2018 Chardonnay is bright, fresh and acidic with a straw yellow color. It’s dominated by green apple, pear and zesty citrus notes. The palate is smooth, nicely textured with a lively finish. In the vineyard, this Chardonnay was handpicked as it reached the peak of ripeness and brought to the winery for gentle pressing. The juice was fermented on 85% neutral French oak and 15% new French oak. After primary fermentation was complete, we allowed the young wine to continue to age in contact with the yeast lees stirring every few weeks. During aging, a quarter of the wine then underwent a secondary malolactic fermentation to soften the natural acidity and add complexity. The wine was bottled on December 3, 2019 at our urban winery in Wichita, KS.

DescriptionOur 2018 Chardonnay is bright, fresh and acidic with a straw yellow color. It’s dominated by green apple, pear and zesty citrus notes. The palate is smooth, nicely textured with a lively finish. In the vineyard, this Chardonnay was handpicked as it reached the peak of ripeness and brought to the winery for gentle pressing. This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.

2017 Pinot Noir Crickism #1 Never try to fit in as we were all born to stand out...Qualities of t’ej port meet in Sonoma Valley to produce a unique sweet dessert honey wine in a clear bottle. A single barrel was selected (marked “X”) and aged for 30 months - more than twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 55 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest,17% ABV. Release date TBD Summer 2020. Release summer 2020.

This vintage of Pinot Blanc follows other award winning vintages, including the 2017 which won “Best White Wine” in the Livermore Valley, at the 2018 Tri-Valley Uncorked Wine Competition, and “Best Overall Pairing at last years ”Taste our Terroir”, Livermore Valley’s premier food and wine competition. This medium bodied Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, citrus, melon and honey. This bright and racy wine brings a fresh creaminess adding fullness to the mouth feel with a soft and creamy mid-palate. A long finish brings the whole experience together with just a touch of stone fruit and minerals. Serve slightly chilled, with the following suggested pairings: Scallops sautéed in lemon butter with zest of citrus and lime, grilled prawns, fish tacos, clam steamers, or just about any seafood.

Eye Garnet core, pink rose rim. Nose Hibiscus leaves, potpourri, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, clove-studded mandarin orange, graphite, pine needles, lichen, bay laurel. Palate Luxurious with a seamless balance of fruit and acid.
