2018 Zinfandel
$35.00
Located in the wilderness of Sonoma County, High Rock Ranch has been farmed by the Lewers Family since they planted it in 1997. The vineyard is planted to the Teldeschi Family’s heritage clone of Zinfandel, which produces small berried, tight clusters in the mountain side gravely loam. Ranging from 1,700-2,000 in elevation the vineyard is so steep that it can only be farmed using ATVs and tank-treaded tractors. As difficult as the farming can be, it offers fruit of exceptional quality and breathtaking views of the Sonoma Coast.

The vineyard is planted to the Teldeschi Family's heritage clone of Zinfandel, which produces small berried, tight clusters in the mountain side gravely loam. Ranging from 1,700-2,000 in elevation the vineyard is so steep that it can only be farmed using ATVs and tank-treaded tractors. Release date Spring 2020. | The world standard sweeter sparkling honey wine and the world’s first and only Charmat method honey wine (less yeasty and more ‘fruit forward’ than the Champagne method - most perfect for delicate honey wine - especially a sweeter honey wine). The unique combination of extended aging in French oak and Stainless barrels and secondary, pressure, fermentation produces a fascinating sweeter sparkling. Perfect for spicier foods and BBQ or for sipping in the spring or on warm summer days. | Eye Magenta core with ruby rim. Nose Passion fruit, persimmon, guava, gardenia.
