Meant to be shared, this rosé will be the perfect addition to any occasion. | 2014 Oregogne, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley: Blended from two single vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills A.V.A. at different elevations. Bright cherry fruit, blueberry, bramble and sous-bois, followed by flowing minerality from start to finish | Qualities of t’ej port meet in Sonoma Valley to produce a unique sweet dessert honey wine in a clear bottle. A single barrel was selected (marked “X”) and aged for 30 months - more than twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 55 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest,17% ABV. Release date TBD Summer 2020. Release summer 2020. | Eye Purple garnet core, rose rim. Nose Savory roasted herbs, sour cherry, ruby red grapefruit, alpine forest. Palate Textured, layered, grippy tannins. | Inviting aromas of ripe apricot, peach, orange peel, and jasmine flowers jump from the glass. Beautifully balanced sugar and acid make this wine rich and refreshing. Enjoy this wine with a spicy curry, soft cheeses, fresh fruits, or your favorite pie. The grapes were hand harvested and carefully pressed. The resulting juice went through a clean and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for twelve days. No time in oak and no malo-lactic fermentation; this wine was made in the vineyard.
