|Description||Think spring lemon blossoms and honeysuckle while the palate is medium bodied with snappy and refreshing summer melon fruit characters. This is a versatile white wine that will pair with a wide range of foods, daytime picnics and long summer nights.|
This vintage of Pinot Blanc follows other award winning vintages, including the 2017 which won “Best White Wine” in the Livermore Valley, at the 2018 Tri-Valley Uncorked Wine Competition, and “Best Overall Pairing at last years ”Taste our Terroir”, Livermore Valley’s premier food and wine competition. This medium bodied Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, citrus, melon and honey. This bright and racy wine brings a fresh creaminess adding fullness to the mouth feel with a soft and creamy mid-palate. A long finish brings the whole experience together with just a touch of stone fruit and minerals. Serve slightly chilled, with the following suggested pairings: Scallops sautéed in lemon butter with zest of citrus and lime, grilled prawns, fish tacos, clam steamers, or just about any seafood.
