The Markell-Bani brand was created with the highest standards of quality, purpose and conscientiousness; thus, our product is based on taste and distinction and not on fleeting trends in the wine industry.
Aniyah Rouge (sweet red) and Demera Blanc (sweet white) were crafted to introduce our primary audience (sweet wine drinkers) to flavorful, yet sweeter wines with a modest alcohol content (12% minimum). Both Aniyah Rouge and Demera Blanc are produced from widely known sweeter grape blends (Concord and Niagara respectively) that are traditionally grown in the northeastern United States.

Description | This is Longevity’s first Vintner Select Syrah. Expressive, mineral tinged cherry and blackberry scents, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice and bright violet. Concentrated and energetic on the palate, offering juicy, spice-laced black and blue fruit flavors that put on weight and become sweeter with air. Closes very long and sweet, showing excellent clarity and cut on the minerally, youthfully tannic finish. 95% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah.
| 2018 Knock On Wood: 100% Chardonnay, all stainless-steel and no malolactic fermentation. Procured from hillside vineyards in Yamhill-Carlton AVA, reminiscent of the grand crus of Burgundy's Cote d'Or. It benefited from a very long and cold fermentation - almost two months - resulting in a lean and mean wine with perfume of honeydew melon and pear surfing huge waves of minerals, bringing a nice tide of racy starfruit to the finish. | The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins. Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.” Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood). | |||

| Our Rosé Provence 2018 is a brilliant, pale pink color, exuding fruitiness and elegance. The grapes from sandstone soils bring out the fruitiness and the grapes grown on vineyards with rounded pebbles bring a richness and elegance to the wine. On the palate, crisp light notes of fresh picked strawberry and white nectarine lead to an elegant, lengthy and a mineral finish. The grapes were hand picked from the Mad Meadows Vineyard between September and October 2019 and the wild apples were harvested between October and November from Canamack Farm. Both grapes varieties were fermented and foot crushed whole cluster separately. After the wild apples were milled, the pulp underwent a week long maceration. The Marquette & Brianna co-fermented and aged in demijohn. In the late spring/early summer of 2020 we blended the Marquette, Brianna, and Wild apples and organic maple syrup was added to the still base wine of the Marquette, Brianna, and Wild apples to start a second alcoholic fermentation. The wine was bottled to finish under cap as a traditional method sparkling wine. Native yeast fermentation. No sulfur additions, fining, filtering, or funny business in the winery, just fucking fermented juice.
