Barramundi is a well known gourmet fish around the world. Widely prized for its sweet, mild taste and delicate texture, Barramundi has been favorably compared to striped bass, red snapper, grouper, and other premium white fish, including the Hawaiian Opakapaka. Three portions of our best sashimi, ready to slice. 1 lb average per fish Kanpachi - Ocean raised fish. Distinctly fresh, sashimi-grade white fish, raised sustainably in the waters off Hawaii. The clear blue waters of Hawaii is the only place in the world where Kanpachi are grown in the ocean. Expect a fat content that is higher than hamachi and a silky texture with the look of candy glass. We find its very rich and deep olive oil taste to be the best part. King salmon is the most popular tasting salmon of all the species of salmons.  Our king salmon is an entirely unique genetic strain of King Salmon bred for extremely rich taste and much higher oil content.  There is no other salmon anywhere in the world that compares in delicious taste.  The Monterey Bay, Seafood Watch has rated this salmon as the only Green labeled King salmon.  King salmon is mind blowing as sashimi or any other raw application.  Cooked , grilled, broiled King salmon is guaranteed to make any dish an award winning experience. Bright Red Ahi Sashimi is a brighter red color than typical # 1 Ahi from other fisheries. The meat is bright and translucent with a higher than normal oil content and a low water content. This is HAWAIIAN BIGEYE AHI! Excellent for sashimi, crudo, carpachio and Poke. Makes beautiful seared ahi. Fresh, never frozen, skinned, ready to slice!
One of the most versatile fish from Hawaii, Monchong is a white meat fish with high oil content which preserves moisture and offers a unique deep buttery flavor. With semi firm meat, it cooks to a tender white flaky finish. Monchong is great for grilling, sautéing, baking or fantastic for poaching. Fresh, never frozen, skinned, pinboned, ready to slice!
