Description | Late Harvest Gewurtz... #Dope That's it. It's just Dope. | This is Longevity’s first Vintner Select Syrah. Expressive, mineral tinged cherry and blackberry scents, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice and bright violet. Concentrated and energetic on the palate, offering juicy, spice-laced black and blue fruit flavors that put on weight and become sweeter with air. Closes very long and sweet, showing excellent clarity and cut on the minerally, youthfully tannic finish. 95% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah.

| Opening with alluring aromas of dark fruit, dark chocolate and caramelized figs, our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon entices the senses. Sumptuous flavors of juicy cassis, raspberry and toasty oak are harmonious and well-balanced with a touch of flint. Voluptuous tannins, complex flavors and a long, luxurious finish make this an immensely enjoyable wine. | Our 2019 LVE Chardonnay is full, rich and balanced. The nose boasts aromas of white fruit, star jasmine and mango. Long on the palate, its reminiscent of caramelized butter and almond with a hint of cardamom and citrus zest. The wine was 100% barrel fermented in a mix of Francois Frere and Baron oak barrels 38% new for 8 months before bottling. The wine went through 100% malolactic fermentation with a mix of native and inoculated ferments. | |||
