Description
This black-as-night treat is our most decadent and chocolatey. It starts with cocoa noir and a gluten-free flour blend. Then it is topped with a 70% coverture ganache made with only chocolate, butter, and heavy cream. To finish, a heavy coating of fancy chocolate sprinkles. You wouldn’t even know it is gluten-free.
