Our best two barrels were selected (marked “X”) and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels - about twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 50 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest. Arguably, replaces our non-reserve Brut as the best dry honey wine on the market. Perfect for spicier foods and BBQ or for sipping in the spring or on warm summer days.
