Description | 2017 Pinot Noir Crickism #1 Never try to fit in as we were all born to stand out... | This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.
| Patuxent's flagship Pale Ale that is close to crossing state IPA lines with Citra and Cascade hops. | Inviting aromas of ripe apricot, peach, orange peel, and jasmine flowers jump from the glass. Beautifully balanced sugar and acid make this wine rich and refreshing. Enjoy this wine with a spicy curry, soft cheeses, fresh fruits, or your favorite pie. The grapes were hand harvested and carefully pressed. The resulting juice went through a clean and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for twelve days. No time in oak and no malo-lactic fermentation; this wine was made in the vineyard.
