DescriptionModeration and balance is the Demi Sec mantra: the most balanced and crisp semi-sweet honey wine money can buy. Barrel aged in a combination of French oak and Stainless Steel barrels. Rich honey smoothness, but with a clean and smooth finish. Sweet, fruity, and light. Pair with spicy foods, BBQ, blue cheeses, or after dinner for the particularly dry pallet.A bright and lively Chardonnay crafted from grapes sourced from Bartolucci Vineyards, a California Certified Sustainable Vineyard in Lake County, this 2017 vintage is a complex sensation of green apple, subtle minerality with hints of spice and vanilla. This elegant 2016 drinks like an Italian Chardonnay with a long acid finishing - not overly buttery or oaked. Aged one year on new and used French Oak Barrels. Cellared and bottled in Sonoma Valley, 14% ABV.Our best two barrels were selected (marked “X”) and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels - about twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 50 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest. Arguably, replaces our non-reserve Brut as the best dry honey wine on the market. Release date Spring 2020.

This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.

The 2019 vintage was Oregon's hottest and largest harvest on record, producing lush round fruit with balance acidity! We would like to introduce our take on Pinot Noirs favorite mutation: The 2017 Other People’s Pinot Gris is like Juggling Apples, Pears and Peaches while dancing to Pharell's "Happy" - enthralling, upbeat, fresh and deluxe.ANIYAH ROUGE
