Description

Inviting aromas of ripe apricot, peach, orange peel, and jasmine flowers jump from the glass. Beautifully balanced sugar and acid make this wine rich and refreshing. Enjoy this wine with a spicy curry, soft cheeses, fresh fruits, or your favorite pie. The grapes were hand harvested and carefully pressed. The resulting juice went through a clean and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for twelve days. No time in oak and no malo-lactic fermentation; this wine was made in the vineyard.

  • Alcohol 13.90%

A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.

  • Alcohol 14.40%

This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.

2018 Knock On Wood: 100% Chardonnay, all stainless-steel and no malolactic fermentation.  Procured from hillside vineyards in Yamhill-Carlton AVA, reminiscent of the grand crus of Burgundy's Cote d'Or.  It benefited from a very long and cold fermentation - almost two months - resulting in a lean and mean wine with perfume of honeydew melon and pear surfing huge waves of minerals, bringing a nice tide of racy starfruit to the finish.

ALC 14%This 2016 Brut Blanc de Blancs is bright and fresh - opening with citrus and white flower aromas. Notes of guava and crème brulée open on the palate, accented by toasted almonds and brioche. This beautifully balanced wine has a long finish with essence of clementine.
