Description | This vintage of Pinot Blanc follows other award winning vintages, including the 2017 which won “Best White Wine” in the Livermore Valley, at the 2018 Tri-Valley Uncorked Wine Competition, and “Best Overall Pairing at last years ”Taste our Terroir”, Livermore Valley’s premier food and wine competition. This medium bodied Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, citrus, melon and honey. This bright and racy wine brings a fresh creaminess adding fullness to the mouth feel with a soft and creamy mid-palate. A long finish brings the whole experience together with just a touch of stone fruit and minerals. Serve slightly chilled, with the following suggested pairings: Scallops sautéed in lemon butter with zest of citrus and lime, grilled prawns, fish tacos, clam steamers, or just about any seafood.
| This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.
| A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.
| deb-ru-vee’ is our signature Rhone Style blend. You will be greeted by deep dark ruby red color followed by aromas of vanilla, spice, dark cherry, blackberry, violet and bitter chocolate enlivened by mineral and anise accents. Round tannins coupled with beautiful complexity create a wine of harmony and balance, with an excellent thrust on the incredibly smooth and lingering finish. this wine is wonderfully bright and energetic which assures that you will be repaid handsomely for cellaring. 65% Grenache, 28% Syrah, 6% Mourvedre, and 1% Petite Sirah.

| 50% Marquette, 17% Brianna and 33% Wild Apples. The grapes were hand picked from the Mad Meadows Vineyard between September and October 2019 and the wild apples were harvested between October and November from Canamack Farm. Both grapes varieties were fermented and foot crushed whole cluster separately. After the wild apples were milled, the pulp underwent a week long maceration. The Marquette & Brianna co-fermented and aged in demijohn. In the late spring/early summer of 2020 we blended the Marquette, Brianna, and Wild apples and organic maple syrup was added to the still base wine of the Marquette, Brianna, and Wild apples to start a second alcoholic fermentation. The wine was bottled to finish under cap as a traditional method sparkling wine. Native yeast fermentation. No sulfur additions, fining, filtering, or funny business in the winery, just fucking fermented juice.
