In our blend of the classic Moroccan Mint Green tea, we use a First Flush Darjeeling from India, peppermint leaves, spearmint leaves and rose petals. The First Flush is the picking of the brand new tea leaves and a bud in the earliest spring growth of the plant, this gives us a floral pick which is lighter, fresher and brisker flavor. This process also results in a very refreshing cup, with bold, cool minty notes, smooth and relaxing texture and flavor.

We’re adding a little of the tropics to our menu this summer! Kick back and relax with this tropical blend that is everything you didn’t know you needed this summer. This tea blend contains the essence of mango, lemongrass, butterfly blue pea flower and exotic lychee flavor that brews up a beautiful deep blue color. You’ll notice a creamy texture of the mango, juicy sweetness from the lychee, and delicate floral aromatics from the lemongrass. This tea can be served hot or iced.

In the background you’ll notice is a subtle notes of smoky Lapsang Souchong tea leaves ‘cupled’ with a hint of char from the bourbon barrel. Earthy Yunnan black tea, completes the complex flavor profile of this one-of-a-kind blend. Contains handpicked Chinese and Indian teas.

The chamomile is the main flavor in this tea but the peppermint does not overwhelm. It’s sweet, calm, and the lemongrass gives it a refreshing citrusy flavor with a kick of mint at the end. This blend helps to relieve anxiety, restlessness and calms the soul. A lovely tea for the evening.
