Description | Late Harvest Gewurtz... #Dope That's it. It's just Dope. | This is Longevity’s first Vintner Select Syrah. Expressive, mineral tinged cherry and blackberry scents, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice and bright violet. Concentrated and energetic on the palate, offering juicy, spice-laced black and blue fruit flavors that put on weight and become sweeter with air. Closes very long and sweet, showing excellent clarity and cut on the minerally, youthfully tannic finish. 95% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah.
| A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.

Content | Slightly yellow hue with Ripe Stone fruit and Honeysuckle nose. Layers of Caramelized Pear, Raw Honey and Chalky minerals open up above a round lingering mid palate and focused almond notes. | Our Rosé Provence 2018 is a brilliant, pale pink color, exuding fruitiness and elegance. The grapes from sandstone soils bring out the fruitiness and the grapes grown on vineyards with rounded pebbles bring a richness and elegance to the wine. On the palate, crisp light notes of fresh picked strawberry and white nectarine lead to an elegant, lengthy and a mineral finish. The fruit was handpicked from the Ellison Estate Vineyard in October 2019. Both varietals underwent whole-cluster semi-carbonic fermentation before being foot crushed. They were both fermented and aged in demijohn. In the late winter/early spring of 2020 the varietals were blended and organic maple syrup was added to the still base wine of the blended Marquette and La Crescent to start a second alcoholic fermentation. The wine was bottled to finish under cap as a traditional method sparkling wine. Native yeast fermentation. No sulfur additions, fining, filtering, or funny business in the winery, just fucking fermented juice.
