| Description | Underwood’s Rosé is produced out of Oregon and is actually one of the first canned wines to become popular. The well-balanced wine is dry, and a lightly sweet flavor. There are notes of flowers and rose petals, along with a hint of berry, which makes this cheap rosé not only delicious but also one of the best options. | A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.

With a fruity nose, blending notes of citrus and small red fruits, the bubbles are soft and pleasant. Its well-balanced with voluptuousness and hints of red currents and pomelos, complemented by a nice acidity on the finish. The nose boasts aromas of white fruit, star jasmine and mango. Long on the palate, its reminiscent of caramelized butter and almond with a hint of cardamom and citrus zest. The wine was 100% barrel fermented in a mix of Francois Frere and Baron oak barrels 38% new for 8 months before bottling. The wine went through 100% malolactic fermentation with a mix of native and inoculated ferments. | |||
