Description | The 2019 vintage was Oregon's hottest and largest harvest on record, producing lush round fruit with balance acidity! We would like to introduce our take on Pinot Noirs favorite mutation: The 2017 Other People’s Pinot Gris is like Juggling Apples, Pears and Peaches while dancing to Pharell's "Happy" - enthralling, upbeat, fresh and deluxe. | This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.
| 2017 Pinot Noir Crickism #1 Never try to fit in as we were all born to stand out... | A medium body flavor featuring fruity notes of green apple and pear. It also has subtle hints of ginger and nutmeg. Featuring a golden honey color. | ||

The fruit was handpicked from the Ellison Estate Vineyard in October 2019. Both varietals underwent whole-cluster semi-carbonic fermentation before being foot crushed. They were both fermented and aged in demijohn. In the late winter/early spring of 2020 the varietals were blended and organic maple syrup was added to the still base wine of the blended Marquette and La Crescent to start a second alcoholic fermentation. The wine was bottled to finish under cap as a traditional method sparkling wine. Native yeast fermentation. No sulfur additions, fining, filtering, or funny business in the winery, just fucking fermented juice.
