Description | This vintage of Pinot Blanc follows other award winning vintages, including the 2017 which won “Best White Wine” in the Livermore Valley, at the 2018 Tri-Valley Uncorked Wine Competition, and “Best Overall Pairing at last years ”Taste our Terroir”, Livermore Valley’s premier food and wine competition. This medium bodied Pinot Blanc boasts aromas of white peach, citrus, melon and honey. This bright and racy wine brings a fresh creaminess adding fullness to the mouth feel with a soft and creamy mid-palate. A long finish brings the whole experience together with just a touch of stone fruit and minerals. Serve slightly chilled, with the following suggested pairings: Scallops sautéed in lemon butter with zest of citrus and lime, grilled prawns, fish tacos, clam steamers, or just about any seafood.
| The 2019 vintage was Oregon's hottest and largest harvest on record, producing lush round fruit with balance acidity! We would like to introduce our take on Pinot Noirs favorite mutation: The 2017 Other People’s Pinot Gris is like Juggling Apples, Pears and Peaches while dancing to Pharell's "Happy" - enthralling, upbeat, fresh and deluxe. | A refreshing red amber ale that will have you feeling cocky enough to take on the world - or at least you daily project!7.00 | 2018 Knock On Wood: 100% Chardonnay, all stainless-steel and no malolactic fermentation. Procured from hillside vineyards in Yamhill-Carlton AVA, reminiscent of the grand crus of Burgundy's Cote d'Or. It benefited from a very long and cold fermentation - almost two months - resulting in a lean and mean wine with perfume of honeydew melon and pear surfing huge waves of minerals, bringing a nice tide of racy starfruit to the finish. | Underwood’s Rosé is produced out of Oregon and is actually one of the first canned wines to become popular. The well-balanced wine is dry, and a lightly sweet flavor. There are notes of flowers and rose petals, along with a hint of berry, which makes this cheap rosé not only delicious but also one of the best options. | |
