Bright cherry fruit, blueberry, bramble and sous-bois, followed by flowing minerality from start to finish | Qualities of t’ej port meet in Sonoma Valley to produce a unique sweet dessert honey wine in a clear bottle. A single barrel was selected (marked “X”) and aged for 30 months - more than twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 55 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest,17% ABV. The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins.
Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.”
Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood).
