Cellared and bottled in Sonoma County, 14% ABV.Our best two barrels were selected (marked “X”) and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels - about twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 50 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest. Arguably, replaces our non-reserve Brut as the best dry honey wine on the market. Release date Spring 2020.Late Harvest Gewurtz... #Dope That's it. It's just Dope.
The world standard for premium dry honey wine. Barrel aged in 100% French oak. Crisp, dry, and complex but with no bitter tannins. Imbibers who enjoy drier cocktails or cider, pilsner style beers, and a variety of grape wine will appreciate versatile “Brut.” Pair with foods normally difficult to pair wine with (e.g. eggs, salads, smoked salmon, young goat cheese, light seafood).

This is Longevity’s first Vintner Select Syrah. Expressive, mineral tinged cherry and blackberry scents, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice and bright violet. Concentrated and energetic on the palate, offering juicy, spice-laced black and blue fruit flavors that put on weight and become sweeter with air. Closes very long and sweet, showing excellent clarity and cut on the minerally, youthfully tannic finish. 95% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah.

This wine is ruby pink in color with aromas of strawberries, honeysuckle, and grapefruit. The wine is fruity but not sweet, with an elegant dry finish. Our 2019 Rosé is delicate and fruit forward showcasing 78% Grenache, and 22% Mourvedre. On the palate are crisp Washington red apples, lychee, and citrus hints, finishing with a long, round balanced acidity. Pair with grilled fish, fruit salad, or tangy cheeses.
