A bright and lively Chardonnay crafted from grapes sourced from Bartolucci Vineyards, a California Certified Sustainable Vineyard in Lake County, this 2017 vintage is a complex sensation of green apple, subtle minerality with hints of spice and vanilla. This elegant 2016 drinks like an Italian Chardonnay with a long acid finishing – not overly buttery or oaked. Aged one year on new and used French Oak Barrels. Cellared and bottled in Sonoma Valley, 14% ABV.

Inviting aromas of ripe apricot, peach, orange peel, and jasmine flowers jump from the glass. Beautifully balanced sugar and acid make this wine rich and refreshing. Enjoy this wine with a spicy curry, soft cheeses, fresh fruits, or your favorite pie. The grapes were hand harvested and carefully pressed. The resulting juice went through a clean and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks for twelve days. No time in oak and no malo-lactic fermentation; this wine was made in the vineyard.

Moderation and balance is the Demi Sec mantra: the most balanced and crisp semi-sweet honey wine money can buy. Barrel aged in a combination of French oak and Stainless Steel barrels. Rich honey smoothness, but with a clean and smooth finish. Sweet, fruity, and light. Pair with spicy foods, BBQ, blue cheeses, or after dinner for the particularly dry pallet.

A delightful red blend, that is the namesake of the beach where Phil and Debra were married. The label is literally “moonstones” that they found on Moonstone Beach, and formed into a heart to tie in with the other labels. A off dry blend (1.5%) residual sugar) of 48% Grenache, 29% Zinfandel, and 23% Petite Sirah.
