White Dessert Wine
$28.00
This the winemaker’s favorite wine. Hands down. Notes of honey, orange blossom, candied hazelnuts and silage (yes, decomposing hay – I said it I meant it – Trust me it totally works in the context of this wine)

Description | This the winemaker's favorite wine. Hands down. Notes of honey, orange blossom, candied hazelnuts and silage (yes, decomposing hay - I said it I meant it - Trust me it totally works in the context of this wine) | 2017 Pinot Noir Crickism #1 Never try to fit in as we were all born to stand out... | Eye Magenta core with ruby rim. Nose Passion fruit, persimmon, guava, gardenia. Palate Medium-bodied, plush, well-balanced acid, smooth tannins, lingering finish. | Our best two barrels were selected (marked “X”) and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels - about twice as long as our non-reserve wines. Only 50 cases produced from the 2017 honey harvest. Arguably, replaces our non-reserve Brut as the best dry honey wine on the market. Release date Spring 2020. | This is Longevity’s first Vintner Select Syrah. Expressive, mineral tinged cherry and blackberry scents, along with hints of smoky bacon, licorice and bright violet. Concentrated and energetic on the palate, offering juicy, spice-laced black and blue fruit flavors that put on weight and become sweeter with air. Closes very long and sweet, showing excellent clarity and cut on the minerally, youthfully tannic finish. 95% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah.
| 2014 Oregogne, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley: Blended from two single vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills A.V.A. at different elevations. Bright cherry fruit, blueberry, bramble and sous-bois, followed by flowing minerality from start to finish |
