This is done to boost the plants’ chlorophyll and amino acids.

The flavor profile of honey is greatly influenced by the nectar collected from individual flowers. Wildflower honey is a blend of many flowers gathered at different times of the year, giving it a unique flavor each harvest. With greater floral diversity, Wildflower honey provides more antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, than single varietal honey.

Raspberries are a delightful addition to our Wildflower Honey. Raspberries are a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber. It's been proven that increasing consumption of plant foods like raspberries decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and overall mortality while promoting a healthy complexion, increased energy, and overall lower weight.
| Our Tupelo honey is a rare honey that is only harvested in the Apalachicola swamp lands located in the Panhandle of Florida during a small 1 to 3-week window in the Spring of each year. This prestigious honey has a delicate floral, buttery taste and rarely crystallizes, if at all, because of its high fructose level. 10% of our proceeds will go to a Florida-based, nonprofit organization called “Bees Beyond Borders.” This organization helps train beekeepers throughout the Caribbean.
