These clusters of whole cane sugar are USDA certified organic and kosher, and sourced from a sustainable Costa Rican sugar cane farm. Zesa Raw Rapadou Organic Sugar Truffles are unrefined raw cane sugar, naturally sweetened and nutritious, and irregularly shaped to resemble truffles. Their rich amber color is complimented by a characteristic aroma of cane sugar, making these clusters a perfect sweetener for coffee or tea, and can be melted for use in baking. Zesa Raw Rapadou sugar cane is GMO-free, gluten-free and vegan.
