Wildflower honey is a blend of many flowers gathered at different times of the year, giving it a unique flavor each harvest. With greater floral diversity, Wildflower honey provides more antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, than single varietal honey.
| Our Tupelo honey is a rare honey that is only harvested in the Apalachicola swamp lands located in the Panhandle of Florida during a small 1 to 3-week window in the Spring of each year. This prestigious honey has a delicate floral, buttery taste and rarely crystallizes, if at all, because of its high fructose level. 10% of our proceeds will go to a Florida-based, nonprofit organization called “Bees Beyond Borders.” This organization helps train beekeepers throughout the Caribbean. This blend combines our delicious Wildflower Honey with Matcha, long known for its health benefits. Because Matcha is made from high-quality tea, and the whole leaves are ingested, it’s a more potent source of nutrients than steeped green tea. 20 days prior to harvest to shade the leaves from direct sunlight. This is done to boost the plants' chlorophyll and amino acids.

Raspberries are a delightful addition to our Wildflower Honey. Raspberries are a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber.
